LAGREE IS NOT PILATES.
Lagree does combine some of the principles of Pilates, like core strengthening and a spring based machine, however, Lagree is structured to focus on ultra-slow and deliberate movements. The Lagree method uses a slow and controlled tempo with a HIGH FOCUS on form to help build muscle endurance, allow strength training, and create better balance and stability, flexibility and cardio health.

This workout caters to all fitness levels, combining Strength, Endurance, Core/Spine Stabilization and Balance- all in one 45 minute session. We move slow and controlled on the Megaformer, meaning your muscles are fully exhausted but are protected from joint stress.
